School authorities have framed certain rules and regulations to ensure smooth conduct of academic and other training routines and also for safety and security of the students. These are subject to changes. Parents are required to co-operate with the school authorities, for implicit implementation of the rules and regulations.
Parents are not allowed to enter the Residential Section and Ramdandee Mess (unless permitted on special occasions).
Parents / guardians are instructed not to leave costly items like video games, camera, Casio, walkman etc. with their wards. Any such item if intimated by the school will be deposited by the parents / guardian with the Company Incharges.

No clothing items other than those given in the approved list are to be kept with the students.
Parents / guardians are not permitted to leave eatables with their wards.
Reasonable precautions are taken during the training activities to avoid injuries and accidents. The school authorities will not be responsible for any injuries and accidents sustained by the Ramdandee during his stay in the school or during any of the organised activities outside. Payment of medical bills shall be the responsibility of respective parents / guardians.
Leaving the school campus without permission for any reason including homesickness or on account of hearing any disturbing news from home, will be treated as an act of indiscipline and will be viewed seriously. In such cases the school authorities will not be responsible for safety and security of the student once he has left the campus. A police report will be filed the moment his absence is noted and reported by the company Incharge. Parents are required to brief their wards clearly in this regard.
The school authorities reserve the right to amend any of the rules in the prospectus and revise the fees and other charges without any notice, which shall be final and binding for all i.e. current and new students / parents.
Visitors & Visiting hours
Visitors are permitted in the school premises only on out pass days. No visitors are permitted on any other day. Parents are permitted to visit the school authorities between 1200-1400 hrs. only, on any working day. Parents are not permitted to visit students on any day except days specified for the same.
Leave
Ramdandees are permitted only six days of leave in a year on extreme compassionate grounds. Parents will be responsible to weigh the importance of the occasion and apply for leave in advance. Authority to sanction such leave is vested only with the COMMANDANT, whose decision on the matter would be final. Leave more than 6 days in a year is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Not even during the preparatory period.
Vaccinations
Please ensure that your son/ward is properly vaccinated before he is admitted to the residential section on the opening day of the session. Doctor’s certificate to that effect indicating the date of the vaccinations will be submitted to the school, without which the boy will not be permitted in the school. Following vaccinations are obligatory.

Candidate should undergo basic Medical Examinations including Eye checkup. Candidate has to submit his previous medical reports at the time of admission.
