School starts a Innovative Programme of Mentoring of cadets

Being a residential school the school management is always starving hard to achieve conducive and peaceful environment in the school vicinity.

To achieve this goal, from this year the school has come up with a innovative programme of mentoring a child under the able guidance of a mentor (teacher)

Every Saturday after school hours a mentoring session is organized. Every teacher gets to have a heterogeneous group of 15 students from class VI to XII.

The objectives behind this programme are :

• Improving communicative skills
• Enhancing inter personal relations
• Forging a bond between teacher (mentor) and the student.
• Tapping the cognitive skills of a child
• Creating awareness about the importance of introspection & emotional intelligence.
