Please ensure that your son/ward is properly vaccinated before he is admitted in the school as per Immunization Schedule given in the Heath Record form. Besides this periodic vaccination as prescribed by Registered Medical Practitioner must be administered from time to time.

Doctor's certificate to that effect indicating the date of vaccinations must be submitted to the school, without which the cadet will not be permitted to join the school.

Candidate should undergo basic Medical Examination including eye check-up. He will submit his previous medical reports at the time of admission.
