Teachers Day was solemnly celebrated on 5th Sept 2023 with lot of enthusiasm as an acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards students development. The programme commenced with offering floral tribute to the portrait of well known scholar Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the first Vice-President of Independent India, whose birth anniversary is celebrated as 'Teachers Day'.
Speaking on the occasion, Cdt Ajaan Baig of class 11th paid tribute to the great visionary. He further stated that teaching is a very noble profession in the world. Teacher guide the students on the jouney of discovery and inspire them to dream, learn and evolve. They impart knowledge to the extent that every student understand the concept in easy and refined way. They are the light of the world, the becon in the dark and the hope that gives strength to survive. He exhorted that teacher never compare their pupils with others and wanted them to be successful in their life. In the end, he thanked teachers for showing righteous path and correcting them whenever they go wrong.
While addressing the cadets, Mrs Archana Tongo, Asst Teacher asserted that the teachers are the backbone of the society and they spearhead the process of moulding and shaping the students personality and to make him an ideal citizen of the country. Highlighting the importance of the day, she emphasized that teacher teaches the students whole heartedly and expect them to keep the classroom's environment playful and peaceful. Teachers are the God gifted people in everyone's life who lead us towards success without any selfishness. They are the builders of the nation. Further she stated cadets to walk always on the right path of the truth and inculcate traditional value and discipline so that they would bring glory to the school.
Lastly, she advised cadets to read the books as much as possible because it makes us mentally prosperous. She ended her speech quoting the lines.
समर्थ हो, सशक्त हो, राष्ट्रप्रेम की जो भरे हुँकार ।
अटल हो जो अडिग हो, जो विद्या, बुद्धि और हो संस्कार ।।

After her speech, the cadets conducted fun games for the teachers. For the 'Lemon & Spoon' race, teachers were divided into four group wherein Mr Shrirang Barde and Ms Dipali Gupta bagged the first prize.
In 'Pot Breaking' i.e., 'Matka Fod' gane, Mrs Asha Wankhede and Mrs Jayanti Sarangpani bagged the first prize. In impromptu during Matka Fod Celebration, Col Amarendra Hardas (Retd), Commandant of the school tried hand on the game and broke the pot precisely in few seconds.
In the Tug of war game, teachers were divided into two groups. The group led by Mr Armod Kshirsagar emerged victorious in the game.
Lastly, Musical Chair programme was conducted wherein the senior most teacher Mr Kishor Gosewade bagged the first prize and Mr Amod Kshirsagar bagged second prize in the game. MOC of the programme was Cdt Manan Jain of class 12th B
Self Governance:
Self-Governance Day was observed to give superior of teaching profession to the cadets. The student-teachers taught various subjects to the fellow students and group of staff members judged the performance of the cadets.

Classroom Cleanliness Competition:
Cleanliness plays a vital role in our daily lives. A neat and clean Classroom enhanced the learning process to embolden the spirit. Classroom Cleanliness Competition is conducted each year and is Judged by the school appointments. A day prior, the cadets were given time to clean their respective classrooms and scrub the furniture. The competition was held in a high spirit and all sections toiled hard to emerged victorious.

Felicitation Ceremony:
Felicitation Ceremony was organized to mark the efforts of the academic faculty and the military staff at the end of day long programme. Col Amarendra Hardas (Retd), Commandant of the school presented a pen as a memento to each teacher. The programme ended with tea party.
